What is the warranty cover?
Your purchase of this scooter includes a 12-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the factory. This includes the cost of labor and parts needed to maintain your scooter in proper working condition during the 12 month warranty period. Please retain your proof of purchase for reference when inquiring about this warranty.
The warranty covers use during light rain and riding through puddles on the ground, but not soaking in water or exposure to strong rain for prolonged periods of time. Use in these conditions will invalidate the warranty.

During the warranty period, please note that the following cases are not covered by free repair.
(1) Any damage caused by installation or use that is not in accordance with the instruction manual; (5.2) The product serial number is deleted or changed;
(2) Product warranty card product serial number bar code or model does not match the product itself; (5.4) The product is disassembled or repaired by the person who is not authorized by the company. (5.5) Natural wear, and does not affect products’ function (including shell, handle, tire wear, etc.);
(3) Damage caused by accidental factor or improper use, such as mechanical damage, break, impact, serious oxidation products, and so on; (5.7) Damage caused by overloading, riding obstacles (including but not limited to lower steps, falling, etc.), extreme sports, etc.
(4) Damage caused by dismantling, transportation, loading and unloading on the way back to repair by the customer;
(5) Any damage caused by abnormal storage conditions or force majeure, such as fire, liquid immersion, freezing, earthquake; (5.10) Loss of vulnerable accessories, such as the loss of packaging materials and various technical information.
(6) Malfunction or damage caused by other non-product itself problems. Such as design, technology, manufacturing, quality etc.
